71-year-old Jane Fonda is contemplating marrying for the fourth time, following her three-month relationship to music producer Richard Perry.
According to the New York Daily Post the couple told friends at a dinner at the home of James Brolin and Barbra Streisand that they are contemplating marriage.
Perry, who is four years Fonda's junior, has produced hits for artists such as Streisand, Rod Stewart and the Pointer Sisters.
On her blog last month, Fonda admitted she had "fallen in love" with Perry, whom she first met when he did a benefit for Fonda's former hubby Tom Hayden.
At the time she danced with Perry, she blogged that she didn't see him again for another 25 years "until a week after my knee replacement surgery in June."
Despite the ailment, Perry asked Carrie Fisher to introduce them.
Fonda's spokeswoman has said that she wasn't aware of marriage talks however a source said: "They're not making any plans for the future until the end of the year, when they can see everything that's going on in their lives."
