The new RTÉ reality TV show 'Fáilte Towers' will open its doors on Saturday night live on RTÉ One.

Billed as Ireland's only 13 star hotel, 'Fáilte Towers' will feature 13 celebrities, each of whom will be involved in the running of the hotel from working in the kitchen to doing the laundry and cleaning the toilets.

Presented by RTÉ's Aidan Power and Baz Ashmawy, the 13 celebrities featured include meteorologist Evelyn Cusack, 'The Apprentice' star Jennifer Maguire, model Claire Tully, former All-Ireland medal winner and match analyst Séan Ó Dómhnaill and politician Patricia McKenna.

Former Eurovision stars Donna and Joseph McCaul, singer Luke Thomas, broadcaster John Creedon, former 'Big Brother' star and television presenter Brian Dowling, 'You're a Star' judge Michelle Heaton, television presenter Liz O'Kane and singer and actor Don Baker complete the line-up.

The voting public and a panel of expert judges, including former presenter and hotelier Bibi Baskin, Sammy Leslie of the renowned Castle Leslie and Michelin-starred chef Derry Clarke, will decide who stays and who pack their bags.

The show will have nightly evictions, with the whole competition in aid of charity.

In the past week, the celebrities have been on location in Fáilte Towers itself for a training course, receiving tutorials in the kitchen, as well as crash-courses on everything from housekeeping to front-of-house etiquette.

'Fáilte Towers' has already proved a massive success even before it reaches TV screens. The hotel has been over-subscribed with bookings from members of the public, with 31,731 page views of the on-line application forms at
