Winona Ryder has agreed a deal to star in the romantic comedy/drama 'The Last Word'.
Production Weekly reports that the film tells the story of a reclusive writer ('American Beauty' star Wes Bentley) who makes a living writing other people's suicide notes.
He falls for Ryder's character, who is the sister of one of his recently deceased clients.
Shooting on the film is set to begin later this month in Los Angeles.
Ryder was most recently seen on Irish cinema screens in 'A Scanner Darkly'.
