The Rolling Stones' Dublin concert, which had been due to take place in the Phoenix Park on 18 August, has been called off.
The band were due to play here as part of their A Bigger Bang World Tour. They will now play an extra night in Spain.
The cancellation of the gig emerged during discussions in the High Court over proceedings taken by MCD Promotions against the decision by the Office of Public Works to award the concert to rivals Aiken Promotions.
The President of the High Court, Mr Justice Joseph Finnegan, listed the case for further mention on 7 April.
