Director Francis Ford Coppola has arrived in Thailand to help re-edit an epic film about a 16th century Thai queen.
Coppola is to oversee the re-editing of 'Suriyothai' for international audiences, reducing the movie from its original three hour running time.
'Suriyothai' is the most successful cinema release of all time in Thailand having grossed $11 million at the box office.
The previous record-holder in Thailand was 'Titanic', which made $4.7 million.
