Panti Bliss is back on the airwaves and inviting a diverse gathering of intriguing, high profile and articulate guests into her parlour to chat about their life’s journey and share their stories.

Pantisocracy is a cabaret of conversations with, and about, contemporary Ireland.

Guests with host Panti in the latest episode are musician Eoin French (aka Talos), performance artist and writer Emmet Kirwan, incoming producer of the Abbey Theatre Jen Coppinger. Here, Duke Special performs The Other Side from his forthcoming Huckleberry Finn musical.

Elsewhere, Emmet Kirwan performs a rousing passage from his acclaimed play Dublin Oldschool, currently being turned into a major motion picture.

Each show opens with a personal monologue by Ireland's Queen, and in this episode Panti Bliss tackles a theme close to her own heart - that of alter egos - and explores how they can enable you to find your own superhero and find your voice.

Pantisocracy is an Athena Media Production for RTÉ Radio 1 - broadcasting on RTE Radio 1 Monday August 7th.
