Alternative looks from 1985
Student fashion designs from all over the country were on display at the Trinity Week Fashion Show in 1985. Liam Mackey introduces this 'TV Gaga' report by Flo McSweeney, who "went behind the scenes and between the seams".
Among the items to be shown are some oversized dungarees designed by Sharon Hickey of the Grafton Academy, not to the taste of the model, though he's
"sure somebody's mad enough to go out on the street in this"
Flo McSweeney also meets Conor who has a particular fashion sense style of his own and finds out how he manages to keep his hair up without resorting to sugar and water.
