Vinny Byrne recalls an Irish Army mutiny.
On the 13th of December 1992, Vincent Byrne one of Michael Collins 12 apostles died.
Vinny Byrne participated in the Bloody Sunday assassinations of British army intelligence officers, which were ordered by Collins, at 38 Upper Mount Street on 21 November 1920.
Here Vinny Byrne talks about the army crisis of 1924. The recording was made for the documentary ‘Irish Army Mutiny’ produced by Kieran Sheedy and presented by Des Hickey and broadcast on 14 September 1975.
