The final episode is characterised by a sense of celebration and recollection as our eight participants recall how far they have come on thier various personal journeys. Some have found the challenges along the way harder than others and some have been amazed at how well they have fared at tasks that would previously phased them.
There is an award ceremony at the City Hall, Dublin but not before our participants have had to face up their nerves and make a public speech. In addition, some of the group show thier new found confidence and skill at some of the day to day tasks that they once found such a problem.
