In Programme 5 the students come up against the assessment process in the course, they get some fashion advise for formal situations from fashion editor Constance Harris leading up to sitting a mock interview with The Dragon's Den's Sarah Newman. The also have a return visit from counselling psychologist, Stephen O'Neill. Peter struggles with the interview, but overcomes his fear by going for an interview as a chef in the outside world. Stephen panics over the assessment and leaves Moyvalley but Peter talks him into returning. We also see Ann Boyd, Anne Aherne and Ann Trinder move ahead with their lives.
