Craig Wilson, 25, is originally from Scotland and moved to Dublin three years ago to live with his Irish girlfriend Amanda. He has clocked up years of experience working in catering and hospitality - he's been a barman, waiter, restaurant supervisor, banqueting manager and now works as an assistant manager in a retail store.
Craig is tired of the weekend work that often goes with the retail sector. He is desperate to start a career he enjoys and is challenged by. But with no idea what he'd like to do and experience only in the hospitality and retail sectors, will presenter Lisa Holt be able to help him break away?
