Liam and Andrea live in South County Dublin. They have a big house, two big jeeps and four small daughters. Liam owns and runs a small building business from home, doing house extensions and home renovations for people in the local area. He has been running his business for about 13 years - he studied accountancy in college but saw the opportunity to make money in construction and went for it. He earns enough money to allow Andrea to be a stay-at-home Mum, but the family lifestyle is hectic.
Liam is working up to 80 hours a week and Andrea is tired of Liam not being able to help out or spend enough time with the family. The stresses of Liam being self-employed have led the Cunninghams to decide that Liam should get a job in construction working for someone else - where he can have definite hours and where someone else is dealing with the stresses of running a business. Enter careers expert Lisa Holt.
