RTE's HEAT is currently on the hunt again for Ireland's most enthusiastic amateur chefs. We are looking for people who have never cooked professionally but know their roux from their 'roo; people who have always fancied plating up their own creations in a real and pressured restaurant; people who have a passion for food and a competitive edge.
- So, can you stand the HEAT?
- Do you have what it takes to design a menu and cook it for real, paying customers, in a real restaurant?
- Are you prepared to put your culinary ability to the test in the ultimate pressure cooker - a professional kitchen?
- Are you able to design and execute a winning menu under the steely gaze of one of Ireland's best and toughest chefs?

Applicants must:
- never have worked in a professional kitchen
- be 18 year or older
- have the flexibility to be available for filming over a 3 month period
