In this
programme you will learn how to talk about your school days and how
to ask others about their experiences. You will also learn how to talk
about various subjects and say which ones you liked or didnt like.
Sharon
meets Irish-language poet Louis de Paor who directs the Centre for Irish
Studies at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
Louis lived
and worked in Australia for some years and was granted a writers
Fellowship by the Australia Council in 1995 and has received many awards
for his work over the years.
Sharon
pays a visit to an outdoor adventure centre in Inverin, Conamara and
meets young people who tell her what is involved in learning how to
kayak.
Gardening
is the focal point of this weeks soundscape, as Peadar O
Treasaigh teaches his daughter how to look after the plants and flowers.
‘An
Grá Faoi Ghlas’ - In the sobal Darren dreams that Rita
is a teacher and none too pleased with him.
When he
wakes he finds that there is a new arrival in the house Bríd
Úna, from Kerry, who naturally has a big interest in football.
