Camembert Quartet

To get to know the band a little better we decided to interview each one of them and what interesting answers they had...

Clint Velour (Vocals and Guitar)  Aka Paddy

Describe yourself in three words?
A Brat. Slightly Megalomaniacal. Deeply concerned about everything

What is the first album you ever bought?
Queen's Greatest Hits. Everything after had fierce competition.

Who is your all time hero?
Consistent Chefs. Stevie Wonder. People who keep going. People who make Poverty History without anyone hearing about it. Originals. People who use their vote. Paul Newman. Freddie Starr. Sly Stone. Orson Welles. Laura Nyro. The person who invented the Internet so I never had to buy ever again.

What is the best advice you've ever been given?
Say 'Keys-Money-Phone' like a Buddhist Mantra before leaving the house to eliminate stress and delay the onset of Alzheimers.

What is your most prized possession?
Having hauled 5,000 records around with me for most of my life, the iPod is man's greatest invention.

What makes you laugh?
Beating up people dressed as Kangaroos at Rag Weeks. And the fun that Ryan and ourselves have at rehearsals and during ad breaks. That's a whole (late night) show in itself!

Vic Ferrari (Bass And Vocals)  Aka Cormac

Describe yourself in three words?
Unrelated To Jim

What are your pet hates?
Lizards and Birds don't appeal to me, however I wouldn't describe my attitude to them as strongly as "Hate"!

Who is your all time hero?
Let's face it: Superman is probably best - I mean, if you can fly around the world so fast that time goes backwards to save your girlfriend from an Earthquake, who can beat that??

To set your goals and standards high and try your best to achieve them, after all what else is there to do.  This was a quote from the great jazz pianist Chick Corea.
