Petula Clarke
She has been described by the Guinnness Book of Records as the most successful British female solo arist of all time having sold over seventy million albums worldwide. . The "Downtown" singer spoke to Ryan about growing up a child star during the war, competing with Julie Andrews and her encounters with people from John Lennon to Peter O'Toole.
