TIPS FOR MAKING A VIDEO PRESENTATION
Make it clear what your interests are and where your passions lie. It could be you describing your favourite photograph, talking about an issue that is important to you, chatting over coffee at the kitchen table, a rap, rhyme or rant. Anything that says: "This is WHO I am."
Be honest. Honest about who you are and what you have done.
Hold the interest. People often switch off after the first 30 seconds so be engaging.
Short and sweet. Be concise, the video piece should be no longer than two minutes.
Cool clear delivery. It's the most important element of presenting.
Special effects are not necessary. Speak for yourself. Music and clever effects prove nothing.
Packaging. It's the first thing someone sees. Remember to include your full contact details - attach them securely on the cover and the DVD+RW.
