'Disco Pigs'
The film adaptation of Enda Walsh's 'Disco Pigs' of two outcast teenagers growing up in Cork was always going to be difficult to transfer to the screen.

Bob Quinn's 'Maverick'
When Bob Quinn was appointed to the RTE Authority in 1995, his fellow film-maker Louis Markus sent him a telegram that read 'Congratulations, the lunatics have taken over the asylum.' Quinn has written a book that deals with his time with that particular part of the institution.

Irish Language play 'Oiche Ghealai'
Cathal O'Searcaigh's 'Oiche Ghealai' is based on the story of Salome. Produced by An Grianan Theatre company who are based in Letterkenny, it is currently on tour.
