Tom Doorley:
"I wasn't at all taken with the asparagus wrapped in parma ham. There was too much garlic here and I couldn't taste the asparagus. But the monkfish was absolutely sublime, the best I've had in a long, long time."
Paolo Tullio:
"I thought the monkfish was exceptional, the best thing I've eaten in years. I generally don't believe that food "wrapped" in other foods works, but this was a treat. My least favourite had to be the pavlova, I just didn't like how it came together."
Gary Rhodes:
"What can I say? The monkfish was quite exceptional. It is rare to find a piece of fish cooked to absolute perfection, but I simply couldn't fault this in any way. If I had a criticism it would be the crème anglaise that accompanied the apple crumble. I feel Anna should've gone for good, old-fashioned custard with this one!"
