"The only thing that didn't really do it for me, was that the sorbet, I think it was a bit of a nightmare of a sorbet, that ran away from you and didn't behave as you would have wanted it to do. In terms of the best, the look, the taste, the entire presence of your brill and your cockles and that subtle creamy sauce, it came together fabulously."
"Marty I have to say I was very impressed I have to say, I mean the menu description doesn't do the food on the plate justice. The only downside I would say the Duck salad was beautifully executed was the lack of taste with the vinaigrette, as for the walnuts and the duck was just beautiful, beautifully cooked, very tender it just needed an extra kick that's a minor detail but again you know beautifully done."
"We all loved the Brill, Samphire which is a seaside vegetable paired with fish, I think that was clever, it was a good idea. As for my worst I kinda thought, some thinly sliced pineapple is sort of how do I put this, a little unimaginative not up to the same standards as the other dishes we had before it, so I'm going to pick that one for my worst."
