Paolo Tullio:

" Firstly I want to say that I loved the rack of lamb - full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Lovely. But there were a number of small things that just dragged the meal down. Rancid walnuts, unripe pears, someone must take responsibility for these things and that someone has to be the head chef."

Paul Flynn:

"I was very taken with the overall presentation of the food tonight. Every dish looked well on the plate and that is always a good thing. On the downside, I felt enough attention wasn't given to flavour and seasoning. A little more salt and pepper would have gone a long way to making the food more enjoyable and flavoursome."

Tom Doorley:

" I thought the best thing about the meal was the char grilled asparagus. It was al dente and cooked to perfection. The hollandaise was unfortunate, but these things happen. My least favourite dish was the lemon sole and salmon which I found bland and flat".
