The Champagne we have selected for The Restaurant is Veuve Clicquot.

Water
The water selected for The Restaurant is S.Pellegrino. An Italian spring water imported from San Pellegrino, 70 KM northeast of Milan. www.sanpellegrino.it
The Still water used is called Acqua Panna.
Acqua Panna is a still mineral water originating in Tuscany, Italy. Appreciated in about 50 countries around the world, it is found in the world best restaurants.
