Tom Doorley:

"I liked the mushroom ravioli, I thought the sauce was nice and robust. For me the stuffed lamb didn't work, the flavour of the lamb just got lost in all those breadcrumbs."

Paolo Tullio:

"My favourite thing tonight? The potatoes with the monkfish were delicious - I wolfed them down. I didn't like the Parma ham wrapped around the monkfish. I'm not convinced wrapping food before cooking it works."

Kevin Dundon:

" I didn't like the reduction served with the mushroom ravioli, I felt it could've been smoother. I loved the banoffi with fresh cream. That's the kind of dish I'd put on my own restaurant menu."
