Domini Kemp
Domini Kemp was born in the Bahamas, and moved to Ireland in 1983. She trained as a chef at Leith's in London before working in the Michelin-starred Peacock Alley in Dublin. In 1999, she opened the gourmet bagel store 'itsa bagel' with her sister Peaches. By 2006 they had expanded the business to 4 branches in Dublin, launched an outdoor catering business - Feast, and opened two restaurants 'itsa4 restaurant' and 'Table'.
Domini contributes regularly to television, magazines, and newspapers as a chef/food-writer. Her first book 'Real Food Real Fast' received critical acclaim and she also co-wrote 'New Irish Cooking'. Domini is the food critic for IMAGE magazine and a member of the Taste Council of Ireland.
