Programme 2 takes us back to the sun and Spain. It features couple Barbara Owens from Knocklyon and Welshman Lee Darch.
They had a lucky escape from the property downturn, just managing to sell their home in Knocklyon in July 2008 to fund their move to Dénia.A builder by trade, Lee plans to set up a fishing business in Spain, where they will start a new life with their two young daughters and Barbara's 17-year-old son Marti.
