Want to get involved in The Afternoon Show? Well find out more here!

We are also currently looking for volunteers for our health and beauty items, women and men!

There are a number of ways to get in touch with us if you're interested in getting involved with your favourite daytime programme.

You can e-mail us to emails@theafternoonshow.ie, telling us a little bit about yourself, including a daytime and evening contact telephone number and also attaching a recent photograph of yourself.

Alternatively, you can mail us in the old fashioned way by sending your contact details and a recent photograph to:
