Penelope Cruz - Lustrous Locks
One of the biggest looks on the red carpet, besides the frocks is definitely the hair!!
Whether it's big and volumised or sleek and shiny, all these barnets have one thing in common - healthy and gleaming locks!
Penelope Cruz is known for her lustrous and glossy hair, particularly on the red carpet, so how can we achieve this look at home!?
Solution: Jojoba Oil
Healthy hair starts at the roots, there is no point in putting in tons of products if your hair is in bad condition to start with.
Keep your scalp healthy and hydrated by massaging jojoba oil into it, starting at the roots and working you way out to the very tips.
Microwave a cup of oil in the microwave first and leave it in overnight for the red carpet treatment.
Tips for oiling your hair:
. Heat oil to a warm temperature before applying it on your hair.
. Make partitions while oiling your hair. Rub oil in each partition. Make as many partitions of hair as you can. This will help oil to reach the scalp properly. Do not just pour oil on your hair.
. Avoid using too much of oil. Start applying little to each part of head and then massage. Massaging is important than the quantity of oil you use
. Dip your finger tips in oil. Gently massage with finger on scalp by putting your hands inside hair.
. Massage with your fingers at least for 10 to 15 minutes after oiling your hair.
. Avoid washing your hair immediately after oiling. If you do not like to wear oily hair, you can oil it before going to bed. You can wash your hair the next day. For best results let the oil stay for one day on your hair. When you make the oil stay for longer time it soaks in the scalp better.
. Oil your hair at least once a week. If your hair is very dry you should oil it at least twice a week.
. Rub oil on the roots of your hair. It helps to improve blood circulation and make hair silky and strong
Kelly Clarkson - Volumised Vixen
Kelly Clarkson has boho babe down to a tee but she also knows how to translate this into red carpet chic for all the biggest music awards ceremonies!
If you don't have the time to create an elaborate hair style we have just the trick to turn your hair into a wavy wonderland!
Solution: Shaving Foam
To create her volumised waves Kelly uses a golf ball size dollop of shaving cream foam and applies it from roots to ends. This adds body and keeps her style in place and frizz free for a night on the red carpet!
James Franco - Photo Finish
Male stars are just as vulnerable to the gaze of the red carpet and need to be looking their best. There is no point in having that leading man chiselled jaw without having smooth flawless skin to back it up. Hollywood actor James Franco is no exception!
Solution: Baking Soda Mask
Create a pasty face mask using baking soda mixed with water. This is great for the red carpet as it removes dead skin cells without causing redness or irritation so it's perfect for all those close-ups!
This will also exfoliate the skin making it soft and smooth so that foundation sits perfectly.
Scarlett Johansson - Aspiring Actress
Bright and gleaming skin is the de rigour on the red carpet and no one looks the part more than Scarlett Johansson! So how do you brighten your skin, even out skin tone while treating acne all at once?!
Solution: The Aspirin Mask
This simple and inexpensive face mask will brighten dull complexions and give your face an amazing red carpet glow!
The Aspirin Mask
1. Dissolve 3 uncoated aspirin in a quarter cup of boiling water.
2. Allow to cool, and then dip a cotton ball into the mixture.
3. Apply all over face and let set for about ten minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
What's the secret? The salicylic acid in aspirin will brighten and even out skin tone and give it an amazing glow that shines through even after applying make-up!

Angelina Joli - Luscious Lips
We've all watched Angelina strut her stuff on the red carpet over the years, her look may have changed, her men may have changed, but one thing remain stead fast, the pout!
We've all tried the products but how can you get those Hollywood lips at home without the expense!
Solution: Cinnamon Oil
Cinnamon oil duplicates the "bee stung" lips that we see on every red carpet. The oil brings blood to the lips, which causes the plumping and the effects last for about four hours.
However, cinnamon oil allergies are not uncommon so dab a small bit on the inside of your wrist first to check for excessive swelling, redness, or itching.

Saoirse Ronan - Starlet Skin
One thing that we never see on the red carpet is a hint of a spot or blemish. There is always the comfort of make-up but sometimes we need that fool-proof fix for a big event and a quick-fire solution.
Saoirse Ronan's star is surely on the rise and she is bound to be hot-stepping it on more red carpets as she won the prestigious New York Film Critic's award this week! As a young starlet how can she get rid of the odd pimple or blemish?
Solution: Eye Drops
To reduce the redness of a blemish dab some eye drops onto the affected area. The drops reduce the redness and make it much more subtle. Lavender oil has the same effect drying it out and ensuring a quicker healing time.
Demi Moore - Detox Diva
The red carpet beauties remain ageless with super soft and smooth skin! Demi Moore is iconic as fans of all ages look up to for skin and beauty advice.
Demi has some extreme beauty regimes and these days she is a fan of vampires rather than ghosts! Demi uses a leech detox to cleanse and detoxify her blood, the leeches suck on it and as they do release an enzyme into the system. This is an extreme case, Demi also has some beauty regimes that anyone can do at home and that will achieve super soft skin.
Solution: Raw Honey
Demi scrubs her body with raw honey. This is a natural ingredient that leaves the skin completely exfoliated and silky smooth.
