Were you surprised by what you found in Vivienne's house?
More shocked that someone who wants to be slimmer, healthier etc had so much junk and temptation around them

What were the bad/good things that you found?
Good thing was that she had prepared her own bolognaise from scratch
Bad things was way too many processed foods

What surprised you the most?
The lack of actual quality nutritious food in the house

Do you think the if Vivienne follows your advice that she can achieve her goal of having a healthier lifestyle and losing the baby weight that she wants to shift?
Absolutely, if I didn't believe it would work she'd have no hope. My main challenge with her and the other girls is getting them to believe they can do it.

What one change would you recommend for our viewers who are trying to change their lifestyle and become healthier?
Stop following outdated advice. Weight loss as a science has rapidly progressed over the last 10-15 years and we have been left behind following the science from back in the 80s

What do you think are the reasons that a lot people have relapses when trying to lose weigh/ become healthier etc?
They don't change their mind! The only way it can become permanent is when you start changing your thoughts and beliefs around what you can do and who you really want to be. Most people will say they want to lose weight and become healthier but they keep thinking the same way they have always done. Healthy people don't count calories, fit people don't complain how hard a training session is, slim people don't weigh themselves every day! Change your mind, change your behaviors and then change your body.

Main Points:

Eating 5-6 meals a day does a number of things:

1. Your digestion actually burns a lot of energy and so when you eat more often you burn more calories and speed up your metabolism.

2. When you plan your 5-6 meals you know what and when you are going to eat. This stops you from becoming hungry and getting cravings and so stops you from grabbing high sugar, processed snacks.

3. It also regulates your energy levels allowing you a steady drip of energy throughout the day instead of the peaks and troughs most people go through.

4. It helps you recover from your training sessions. Your muscles need nutrients to keep them active. If they don't get them then the muscle will be used for energy instead. Feeding your muscles every 3-4 hours is the best way to keep your muscles active and your metabolism elevated.

Meal Ideas

Eat every 3-4 hours.

. Oils such as coconut, olive and avocado oil are full of essential fats which promote health, energy and help increase our metabolism.

. Minimising the consumption of manmade processed food is vital.

. Processed Food is engineered to make us eat more of it.

. Stick with what we are designed to eat - natural foods.

. Adding good fats to our meals will make us feel fuller and eliminate cravings.

. Eating quality protein sources also fills us up and is a must for helping our muscles recover from training.

. I only recommend eating carbs in the morning and just after training. This is because we will use them for energy rather than store them as fat.
