Operation Transformation is back on our screens at the start of January with 6 brand new leaders to follow.

But The Afternoon Show is also going to be part of Operation Transformation in January and we need you, our viewers! We are looking for groups of people who want to lose weight and benefit from expert advice from our nutritionists, fitness experts and mind coaches.

We will be following our groups for 8 weeks, plus work with the Operation Transformation team ensuring that everyone gets into shape. And of course, by doing it together as a group, you can support one another. so maybe you're a group of mums who just can't shift that extra baby weight, a group of taxi drivers who spend all day behind the wheel.or simply a group of friends or colleagues up for the challenge.
