Property - How To Present Your House For Sale
Tuesday, 12 February 2008
Liz O'Kane is here with the continuation of our how to sell your house strand.
Today she will give you the essential guide of how to present your house for sale. Using stills from show houses she will explain how to achieve the look that sells.
Liz's essential guide will feature:
Off white walls with white tiles a look seamless and clean.
It's not pandering to anybody's sense of taste and style and you can add what ever colour you like
Family Home Living Room:
Walls have been kept a neutral colour to make fireplace stand out. The fireplace becomes the focal point of the room.
Family Home Children's Bedroom:
Walls cream, carpet off white. Only colour is cushions throws and blinds. Simple and very appealing for a kids room
Family Home Study:
A lot of people wish to have the option to work from home especially with broadband advances. This is office space in the family home which is not cluttered
Family Home Exterior:
Beautifully finished white prestine windows stand out against attractive stonework. Cobble stone in driveway is very tidy and durable complimented by a lush green well manicured lawn
Raised beds focus more on the lawn which will never get untidy as plants wont need to be clipped etc.
Outside living space is important no matter how small it is. Potted plants offer shelter and privacy.
With thanks to auctioneers...
