Exhilharating wine with notes of citrus fruit, apricot and jasmine. Layers and layers of citrus and floral flavours with well integrated oak. The freshness coupled with the concentration fo the fruit will be able to complement the spices of this barbecued dish.

A match made in heaven for chocolate puddings. Made only in exceptional vinatges and when made, it is made in very limited quantities - 2,000 cases maximum.
Tasting Notes: Dark colour, aromas of chocolate, spice and black fruits. On the palate its is rich, concentrated, ripe and balanced - fresher than port, this wine although fortified will taste elegant and will be a perfect match.
