A crisp, dry wine reminiscent of a very good Sancerre or Pouilly Fume. A bouquet bursting with ripe gooseberry and tropical fruits followed by lively refreshing flavours and a long dry finish.

TASTING NOTES
Yellow with green hues. Soft buttery aromas and complex palate,  this Chardonnay demonstrates a gentle citrus and mineral style and an agreeable and persistent finish

Currently owned by Mario Silva and his family, the winery was voted 'Best South American Wine Producer' at the 2000 International Wine & Spirit Competition.

GRAPE VARIETY: Pinot Noir

TASTING NOTES: An arresting and powerful bouquet of wild and gamy scents mingled with redcurrants and rooted with an earthiness the French might call terroir.  The palate is equally intriguing.  Ripe tannins give easy access to the raspberry, strawberry and black cherry fruit evolving into liquorice and wood spice with smoky tones from aging in French oak casks. Serve with stir-fried strips of venison with French beans and snippets of smoked bacon and a splash of the wine.
