A wonderful rich, juicy Shiraz with layers of dark fruit flavours with some captivating notes of vanilla. This is a benchmark South Australian Shiraz from a great vintage. This wine will cellar for a further 3- 5 years.

Most food dishes due to its great fruit concentration. Perfect for Eamonn's (Hit Two) Kilkenny Lavistown Sausages with Cannellini Beans due to its full body and fruity finish.
