OUR MAN FRIDAY IS SOAPS NEW SEXPOT!

Our Man Friday is relatively new to our screens but no doubt you've caught a glimpse of him already, stirring things up in the dales and heating things up in our living rooms.. Find out who it is at 3pm.

We were joined by Irish actor, John Nayagam, who plays the sexy vet Hari Prasad in the top soap Emmerdale.

About John Nayagam
John was born in London to an Irish mum and an Indian dad.  When he was four, they split up and he returned to Ireland with his mum to her native Tullamore.  He lived in Tullamore from 4-16years old.

John says he had an idyllic childhood and loved living in Tullamore - 'I have great memories of it'!

After school, John, went to Trinity College where he studied engineering.  After his degree, he moved to London where he started work with Ford and actually ended up working on the design of the exhaust for the Ford Focus! 

After a while, John realised that engineering was not for him and he went travelling to New Zealand.  It was in New Zealand that he decided that he no longer wanted to follow a career that was not making him happy, so he made the decision to try out the acting angle.  He ended up doing some acting in New Zealand and also met his future wife, Tess, there as well.  In total, he was away from London for six years before deciding to return.

John worked in various roles in TV and theatre before his big break in Emmerdale came 14 months ago.
