Today's Man Friday is a famous chef who hails from County Down. He left Northern Ireland in 1980 to travel the world meeting his Canadian wife and fellow chef Jeanne on the way. It was on his travels that he developed his love for food and he took the decision to return to Ireland to become a chef. He once set fire to a chocolate cake after cooking it in the microwave on 'Ready, Steady, Cook!' (he still served it up and tried to disguise his blunder! Find out who he is at 3:20pm!
