If your family would be interested in participating in a future series of Teens in the Wild then we would like to hear from you.
PARENTS: Is your teenager rebelling, being defiant, and becoming unmanageable? Most teenagers go through a difficult period. It's part of becoming independent, but what can you do when they no longer listen to you, or when they get involved in anti social behaviour?
TEENAGERS: Do you feel your parents don't understand you? Are you tired of getting into trouble at home or in school? If you don't want things to be like this but don't know how to make change in your life then, with your parents' permission, we would like to hear from you.
Clinical Psychologist David Coleman & RTÉ are looking to bring away a group of 6 teenagers (MALE OR FEMALE, 15-16 years of age) on an activities and therapy course.
This unique and challenging experience hopes to assist teenagers in acquiring the skills needed to make some positive change in their lives. While the teenagers are away from home, their parents, with David's help, will get a chance to discover what possible reasons may lie at the root of their children's behaviour, and how to deal with this.
