In 1998/1999 the Company purchased land in Bettystown, Co. Meath which was subsequently designated as the new Bettystown Town Centre, with a ten year construction plan being envisaged.
In June 2006 Pat Neville Developments will be proud to release the first phase of 1,2 and 3 Bedroom apartments and penthouses in Bettystown Town Centre with the luxurious new 120 Bedroomed Hotel adjacent also due for opening then.
As well as their on-going work in Co. Meath, the Company is presently building several housing developments in Drogheda, Co Louth, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, and in New Ross, Gorey and Courtown in Co. Wexford.
