Programme 4: Enniscorthy

This week, Dermot Bannon helps a couple in Enniscorthy renovate an old cottage and prepare their home for a new baby. For John and Anna Kinsella it is important to get their home in order. They bought their cottage in Enniscorthy when they got married knowing it needed serious overhaul. Two years on and with a baby on the way they are a little overwhelmed about how much has to be done and how soon! Their cottage dates back to the 1850's. It's solid with big thick old and extremely damp walls. The staircase is a death-trap, which Anna fell down before she was pregnant. John would like nothing better than to rip the whole house out and start from scratch. With a budget of 65,000 euro that's unlikely, or is it??
