Budding comedian, director, writer or actor? Send us your stand-up, sketches, songs, anything. Record the video on your phone, your camera, animation. We don't care.

3 things matter - We can see what you're shooting; you have permission to shoot it and its really funny. Videos will go to public vote and the winners get shown on the Republic of Telly.

With more than 15 million hits on YouTube and an IFTA for Best TV Moment of 2010, Republic of Telly on RTÉ Two is back with Dermot Whelan in October 2011.

2. 1. Over 18’s only
3. 2. Sketches should be between 30 seconds and two minutes.
4. 3. You need to have permission that this be featured online and broadcast on TV from anyone that features in the video.
5. 4. Material must be an original work.
6. 5. No cover songs
7. 6. No copyright music in the background!
8. 7. Material must not be defamatory
9. 8. Material must not breach copyright.
10. 9. The whole or part of the winners video will be shown on the Republic.
