
Rachel shares some inspirational recipes that need just a few ingredients to produce amazing results. Fennel Salad, Spanish Mussels and Strawberry& Nectarine Tart are on the menu in the kitchen, and Rachel is out and about seeing how some local school mums get on with one of her recipes, and how great chum Fingal makes his Irish Chorizo!

Put away the take-away as Rachel rustles up a fuss-free Indian with Tarka Dahl, Chicken Biryani and Mango & Raspberry Eton Mess! Some local football Dads try out a recipe at home and Rachel hooks up with a good friend and Spice expert at the Mahon Point market.

Hangover cure or family lunch, Rachel has some alternatives for sublime Sunday cooking. Mexican Huevos Rancheros for breakfast, Spiced Lamb Pittas or a zingy Middle Eastern Fattoush for late lunch or supper. Also Rachel makes cheese with her mother-in-law and the local lifeboat crew road-test one of the recipes on the beach.

Rachel has the answer if you need to feed a lot of people and quickly! Instant Dips, Lamb & Sweet Potato Curry and a Coconut Macaroon Meringue will keep the crowds satisfied! Rachel looks in on local soccer dads as they try out a recipe at home and visits an inspirational local lamb producer.

Surprising and exotic flavours combine in Rachel's easy Middle Eastern feast! Chicken and CousCous Tagine, Chick Pea and Aubergine Salad, and Yoghurt & Apricot pots conjure up the mystery of the Souk or Riad, while Rachel cooks al fresco with a couple of biker mates and finds out how local goat's yoghurt is made.

Rachel rustles up some inspired suggestions for easy bake recipes that are sure to impress, as she shares the secrets of her Chocolate, Toffee and Peanut Squares, Easy Lemon Cake and Brown Scones with Treacle and Sesame Seeds. Rachel also visits a local artisan chocolate maker and the Irish Countrywoman's Association test out her scones!

In this show Rachel has delicious but simple suggestions for the perfect romantic dinner - Spicy Squid Salad, Pan Fried Chicken with Mango Salsa and a Chocolate Mousse Cake are on the menu, whilst Rachel takes us to the famous English Market in Cork and some of the local school run mums test out one of Rachel's recipes.
