Fresh from the Sea is the third series in Clodagh McKenna's popular "Fresh From..." food journeys. In this tasty new series, the emphasis is on food from the sea as top food writer Clodagh travels the length and breath of Ireland to meet some of the fishermen, fish farmers and fish processors who are responsible for producing some of the most highly-prized seafood in the world. In each programme, Clodagh visits a top seafood restaurant to cook a dish using one of the programme's featured species.
