This programme follows the stories of two 8 year old children from Dublin as they prepare to make their First Holy Communion. The lives of Adam and Lorna are compared and contrasted in the run-up to the event Adam calls "the day he receives Jesus". Followed by the cameras their regular day-to-day lives are constantly interrupted by the rigorous preparations.  This is an insightful and entertaining glimpse into the lives of two little people whose outlook on life is truly wonderful.
