Victoria and Shane Grow Their Own

Forget the Summer of Love, 2009 was the Summer of Grow Your Own - where most of us got growing vegetables in our own backyards and even Ireland's Rock Royalty got in on the act.

Rock chick Victoria Mary Clarke tries to get partner Shane MacGowan to live 'The Good Life' by growing vegetables in their very own backyard. Shane thinks she will do a great job but has stopped short of offering to do any digging - indeed any work at all! However, he is fond of giving her gardening tips from his childhood farming experiences on the family farm in Tipperary.

During the summer Victoria attempts to grow enough produce for her and Shane to live off and plans a summer's end party for their friends and family, using their own harvest but with a Pogues tour, summer festivals and the rock n' roll lifestyle as distractions, can she do it?
