The Big Money Game

Popular presenter Derek Mooney will host the exciting new series of The Big Money Game which returns to RTÉ One television on Saturday 4 June 2011 at 8.15pm.

The show will feature six games with some exciting twists built in along the way. Jokers Wild has cash amounts and holidays up for grabs. In Roulette all players can win cash from €4,000 to €10,000 or a car worth €15,000. There's also a chance to win a bonus city break holiday worth €1,000 just by guessing whether the ball lands on red or black. The Shuffle offers players the chance to double their money as well as winning cash prizes of €10,000 and €12,000 or a car worth €15,000 and one player will win the chance to play the feature game Safe Cracker.

The Safe Cracker game features prizes ranging from €10,000 to €50,000 and players can win twice on that game. Ace Race will determine who goes forward to the finale of The Big Money Game where there is a three in seven chance of winning €100,000 or more with a top prize of €250,000 on offer.

The Big Money Scratchcard also offers players the opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to New York City with €2,500 spending money. To be in with a chance to win this super prize, players must collect the letters B-I-G from the Scratchcard stubs. Each week three winners will be selected from all B-I-G entries to travel with their guest to the Big Apple.

The TV Gameshow will be broadcast on RTÉ One each Saturday from June 4th.
