In this week's show we meet Jo-Ann Nolan from Stradbally, Co. Laois, a former electrician who has lost sight of her inner girly girl. 30-year-old Jo-Ann has her wedding to fiancé Thomas on the horizon and would like to go from ladette to lady in advance of the big event. Brendan teaches her how to work with her assets and helps her find the party dress of her dreams.
Breaking news: jewel colours are bang on trend this season. Brendan and Sonya are on hand to talk us through all things emerald, sapphire, and more. They will give you the low down on this trend for both high end and high street.

Introducing our new "shape shopping" segment - we know there are thousands of you lovely ladies wanting to know one thing above all else - how can you shop for your shape? In our new item, Shape Shopping, Brendan and Sonya will be looking at the best options for pear, apple, and hourglass shapes. This week we tackle jeans and will move through an entire capsule wardrobe over the coming shows. Don't miss this new segment!
In our Beauty Call segment we did a call out to find out what are our viewers most common beauty problems. Each week we tackle one problem and offer solutions ranging from eco friendly, extravagant and economical. This week we tackle hair removal.

We look at the power of image and how to Dress for Success this week as Brendan quizzes Sonya all about the new not-for-profit initiative that aims to help women get back in to the workforce. Sonya kits out their first client for that all important job interview, while giving lots of tips on first impressions!
We'll also be meeting makeover candidate Hannah Butt - our 22-year-old Galway girl who works as a sales assistant - she loves clothes, make up and fashion, but is stuck in a rut, dressing like a tom boy. Battling her shyness, will Sonya be able to bring her out of her shell? Tune in to find out.

Mum Julia desperately wants her 15-year-old daughter to stop wearing revealing dresses to teen discos while daughter Úna wants Julia to go back to being the stylish mum she once was. Brendan and Sonya step in to mediate and give them age appropriate new looks.
