Melissa
chose three look s for Carla. The first was a
casual daytime look. Brown jeans were combined
with a brown jacket, a v-neck white top, a v-neck
jumper with white fleck. A pinstripe handbag set
off the look making Carla look super smart and
trendy. What Melissa wanted to achieve here was
a layered look, as Carla wanted to feel warm and
cosy, yet still look trendy.
The
second look was a colourful daytime look. Melissa
combined jeans, a fitted funky t-shirt a bright
red coat and red scarf. Carla was surprised at
how bright colours suited her and was surprised
at how smart she looked! Melissa's tip was 'if
you don't have time to accessorise add a vibrant
coloured scarf to brighten up your look'.
The
final outfit was an evening look. Carla is an
advocate of black trousers and would usually combine
this with a dark top. This looks boring and unimaginative
and Melissa decided to introduce Carla to pattern
and bright colours. At first, Carla hated her
top, but in the end she loved it and feels a bit
more comfortable with pattern and colour.
Ellie
Balfe did Carla's makeup. Carla wanted a look
that was easy to maintain, easy to recreate and
not too time consuming. Ellie decided to give
Carla a very light base, and a light grey shimmer
on the eye-sockets. Ellie decided to emphasise
Carla's eyes as they are an amazing colour and
she never accentuates them.
Paul
Hession decided to remove all the blond highlights
from Carla's newly dyed locks. He wanted to update
it and give it a full natural colour, and sort
out her layering.
Overall,
Carla was thrilled with her new look and toasted
to her new fashionable future!
