Programme 6: Siobhán Tierney

See Tips...

See Mind Map...

36 year old Siobhán Tierney is a mother of four. Together with her husband Mike she runs an art & craft shop in Ennis. If that wasn't enough to keep her busy, Siobhan runs up to 6 birthday parties a week, teaches three adult art classes and up to 6 children's classes a week, along with volunteering in her local GAA Club.

Siobhán & Mike expanded the business so that their children could have a better life. The plan has backfired somewhat as both are now so busy their children hardly see them at all.

While Siobhán does have a problem with forward planning, she also has a bigger issue with confidence and assertiveness. Coupled with that is the feeling of guilt due to her role as 'part time Mother', which in turn leads to discipline issues with her children.

Can Time Management Expert and Psychologist, Owen Fitzpatrick help Siobhán to become more assertive by organising her time and forward planning so that she stops living by the skin of her teeth?
