Aisling Hurley
Series 2: Programme 4, Wednesday 25th March
Mother of two, Aisling Hurley, runs a highly successful joinery company which enjoys a wide range of international clients. While her husband Liam creates designs, and runs the workshop, she finds herself managing almost every other aspect of the business single-handed.
Much of Aisling's time pressure is self-inflicted. She has committed herself to a huge amount of voluntary work outside of office hours due to an almost obsessive need to help others and her inability to say 'no'.
This lifestyle has begun to pose a very serious threat to her health. She needs to re-organise her priorities before it's literally too late.
Can Psychologist and Time Management expert, Owen Fitzpatrick get to the root of Aisling's problems and make her realise that she needs to take some time out for herself and start saying 'no'?
