Law of Focus:
You achieve more by focusing on one thing at a time.
The Paradox of Choice:
The paradox of choice suggests that the more choices we have the more challenges we often face. Because there is so much we can do, it can sometimes cause us to feel overwhelmed and unable to make a good decision. Diana found herself overcome with this paradox. She had to learn to get focused.
The Art of Planning:
Goal Required: What do you want to achieve?
People Required: Who can help you? Who do you need?
Resources Required: What can help you? What do you need to use or know?
Strategy: What are the steps you need to take and in what order?
