Suggestion: Keep track of things and regularly do a check in with your life, ensuring that you're continuing to enjoy quality time and managing to fit things in adequately.

YOU ARE A TIME STRUGGLER
My time management is ok. I have reasonable control over my life and though I sometimes struggle I cope well enough. But things could be better.
Suggestion: Start writing to-do-lists and make sure you keep a schedule of everything you have to do. Schedule in quality time and ensure that you plan ahead each week.

Time is my enemy. I have problems with time management and I need urgent help. I feel out of control and am always chasing my tail to keep up.
Suggestion: Analyse your time. check how much time you spend on each activity you do in a week. Then go through it and find out what is Urgent and Important and make sure you focus on giving time to what's important and delegating what's urgent. Start using a wall planner and schedule and get into the habit of using the schedule on a regular basis.
